Quick Stir Fry (HC)

Ingredients

  • 60g noodles (egg or wheat noodles)

  • 1 tsp olive oil or sesame oil

  • 150g stir-fry vegetables

  • 100g precooked chicken, chopped

  • 1–2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sriracha chilli sauce

  • 1 tsp honey

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes until just tender.

  4. Add the precooked chicken and stir for 2 minutes until heated through.

  5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
