Quick Stir Fry (HC)
Ingredients
- 60g noodles (egg or wheat noodles)
- 1 tsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 150g stir-fry vegetables
- 100g precooked chicken, chopped
- 1–2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha chilli sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside. 
- Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat. 
- Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes until just tender. 
- Add the precooked chicken and stir for 2 minutes until heated through. 
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. 
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
