  • With high accountability, challenges and incentives for taking action, this is the place to be if you just can’t stay consistent. We are going to get to work but you will love it because you will get incredible results and feel better than you have ever felt before. 

  • No. Did you know that your fat loss results mostly comes down to what you are eating? Yes, it's 80% nutrition. If you have an existing exercise routine, keep it going alongside the sprint. If you are currently not exercising, let's just focus on your nutrition for maximum results.

  • Fear not, double, triple or quadruple the recipes which saves you time, energy and money. Use the meal guides as they are with plenty of variety or simplify them by repeating recipes as much as you like.

  • Use the meal guides with your family, you can just increase portion sizes and we can support you with that in our coaching group. The recipes are family friendly, any recipes you don’t like, you can leave out and swap with others.

  • No worries. The good news is that every single recipe in Shift & Sustain can be adjusted, meaning if you love flavour, keep the recipes pimped up. If you prefer food that is more bland, leave out spices, flavours and herbs.

  • Yes. our recipes and meal guides are flexible. Vegetarian swaps and simple adjustments are available so you can follow the reset in a way that suits you.

  • We have got you covered with our budgeting tips. Planning your meals actually decreases the cost of your groceries as you don’t run into the supermarket daily picking up random foods. You should have a lot of the staples in your cupboard as it's just regular food. If there are some ingredients that you feel are costly for you, leave them out or swap with an alternative.
