Purple Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 frozen banana*
100g frozen blueberries
50g frozen strawberries
1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp raw cacao or no-added-sugar cocoa powder
200ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tbsp no-added-sugar granola
1 tsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender, except the granola, coconut, and a few berries (2–3 of each) reserved for topping.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the reserved berries, granola, and coconut.
* Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
