Purple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana*

  • 100g frozen blueberries

  • 50g frozen strawberries

  • 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp raw cacao or no-added-sugar cocoa powder

  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp no-added-sugar granola

  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, except the granola, coconut, and a few berries (2–3 of each) reserved for topping.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the reserved berries, granola, and coconut.

    * Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
