Pistachio Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 30g pistachios, chopped
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
- 1 tsp honey
- 40g porridge oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 10 raspberries
Instructions
Add the pistachios (reserve 1 tsp for topping), milk and honey to a blender or food processor and blitz until mostly smooth.
Pour the mixture into a container and add the oats, chai seeds and yoghurt. Stir well.
Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
To serve, take the overnight oats out of the fridge and top with remaining pistachios and raspberries.
