Raspberry and Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana*
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 150ml milk
- 120g frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds)
Instructions
Place the banana, Greek yoghurt, milk, raspberries (reserve a few for topping), flaxseed and half the coconut into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the reserved berries, the remaining coconut and mixed seeds.
* Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
