Summer Fruits Crumble
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 2 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp flaked almonds
- 5g butter
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 100g fresh peach, sliced or tinned peach slices (in fruit juice)
- 60g blueberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the oats, ground flaxseeds, flaked almonds and butter in a small bowl, and add a little water if needed.
Bring it together to a soft crumble texture.
Place the peaches, blueberries and maple syrup in the bottom of an oven-proof dish and mix well.
Top with crumble mix.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
