Hazelnut & Chocolate Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 30g hazelnuts, crushed or chopped (reserve 1 tsp for topping)
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp no-added-sugar cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
- 40g porridge oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- Handful of mixed berries (approx. 15: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for 1 tsp of the hazelnuts and the berries until well combined. 
- Add into a jar or container. 
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
- To serve, top with the remaining hazelnuts and berries.
