Hazelnut & Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 30g hazelnuts, crushed or chopped (reserve 1 tsp for topping)
  • 125ml semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp no-added-sugar cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 40g porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • Handful of mixed berries (approx. 15: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for 1 tsp of the hazelnuts and the berries until well combined.

  2. Add into a jar or container.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. To serve, top with the remaining hazelnuts and berries.
