Croissant, Eggs & Fruit
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 1 croissant (fresh or frozen, cooked)
- Portion of fruit of your choice (e.g., a handful of berries, 1 banana etc.)
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with black pepper, and lightly beat.
Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and add the butter.
Once melted, pour in the eggs and gently stir until softly scrambled and just set.
Warm the croissant if desired.
Serve the scrambled eggs with the croissant and fruit.
Finish with a sprinkle of chives, if using, and an extra pinch of black pepper to taste.
