Cinnamon Peanut Butter + Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 250ml milk (of your choice)
  • 1 heaped tsp peanut butter
  • 1 small frozen banana *
  • 1 tbsp oats (porridge)
  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Mix until smooth.

* Advance Prep - peel, chop and freeze the banana the night before.
