Hot Honey Halloumi Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 70g halloumi, diced
  • 1 heaped tsp honey
  • ½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce, adjust to taste
  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki (or full-fat Greek yoghurt)
  • ¼ cucumber, sliced
  • ½ roasted red pepper (or regular red pepper), sliced
  • A handful of rocket
  • 1 tbsp pickled red onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

  2. In a bowl, toss the halloumi with the honey and Sriracha until evenly coated.

  3. Cook the halloumi in the air fryer for 6–8 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy.

  4. While the halloumi is cooking, heat the flatbread according to the packet instructions.

  5. To assemble, spread the tzatziki over the flatbread, then top with the cooked halloumi, cucumber, red pepper, rocket and pickled red onions.

  6. Serve immediately.

Note: This recipe is fully customisable, you can add any protein or vegetables you have.
