Christmas Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 heaped tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
  • A handful of salad leaves
  • 100-150g cooked Christmas meat (turkey, ham or vegetarian alternative)
  • 1 tbsp stuffing (homemade or shop-bought)
  • 30g brie (or cheese of your choice)
  • ¼ red onion, finely sliced
  • Large mixed salad (of your choice: mixed leaves, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber etc.)

Instructions

  1. Make the cranberry dressing by mixing the Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise and cranberry sauce in a small bowl.

  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Heat the wrap lightly in a pan so it’s warm.

  3. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the cranberry dressing down the centre of the wrap.

  4. Add the salad leaves, cooked Christmas meat, stuffing, brie and red onion on top.

  5. Fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.

  6. Slice in half if desired and enjoy with your chosen salad on the side.
