Blackberry Kefir Bowl
Ingredients
- 85g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 40g kefir
- 1 banana, sliced
- Handful of blackberries (approx. 15)
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp peanut butter (or your preferred nut butter)
Instructions
Place the Greek yoghurt and kefir in a serving bowl.
Top with the sliced banana and blackberries.
Drizzle over the honey and peanut butter.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
