Blackberry Kefir Bowl

Ingredients

  • 85g full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 40g kefir

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • Handful of blackberries (approx. 15)

  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp peanut butter (or your preferred nut butter)

Instructions

  1. Place the Greek yoghurt and kefir in a serving bowl.

  2. Top with the sliced banana and blackberries.

  3. Drizzle over the honey and peanut butter.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
