Blackberry Kefir Bowl
Ingredients
85g full-fat Greek yoghurt
40g kefir
1 banana, sliced
Handful of blackberries (approx. 15)
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp peanut butter (or your preferred nut butter)
Instructions
Place the Greek yoghurt and kefir in a serving bowl.
Top with the sliced banana and blackberries.
Drizzle over the honey and peanut butter.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
