Black Forest Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp no-added-sugar cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tbsp no added sugar muesli (or granola) *
- 75g frozen black forest fruits mix (a mix of cherries, blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrants), defrosted
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, cacao/cocoa powder and maple syrup. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
Top with the muesli (or granola) and the defrosted black forest fruits.
