Sausages, Chips + Veg (HC)

Ingredients

  • 2 sausages (pork, beef, chicken/turkey or veggie)
  • 160g frozen chips
  • Portion of veggies (your choice: mixed salad, frozen veg medley, frozen peas/sweetcorn, etc.)
  • 1 tsp reduced-sugar ketchup or brown sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven (or air fryer) according to the instructions for the frozen chips.

  2. Place the frozen chips on a baking tray and cook as per the packet instructions, turning halfway through (or cook as per air fryer guidance).

  3. Cook the sausages according to the packet instructions. This may be oven-baked, grilled, or pan-fried—choose your preferred method. Ensure they are cooked through and piping hot.

  4. Prepare the vegetables according to the packet instructions, or plate up a portion of mixed salad.

  5. Once everything is cooked, plate up the sausages, chips, and vegetables.

  6. Serve with a teaspoon of reduced-sugar ketchup or brown sauce on the side.
