Banana, PB + Jam Chia-Pudding
Ingredients
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp jam
- 1 small banana, sliced
Instructions
Combine the Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, peanut butter and jam in a jar or container and stir until combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Add the banana before serving.
