Banana, PB + Jam Chia-Pudding

Ingredients

  • 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp smooth peanut butter

  • 1 tsp jam

  • 1 small banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, peanut butter and jam in a jar or container and stir until combined.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Add the banana before serving.
