Banana and Cinnamon Thickshake

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Greek full-fat yoghurt

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Mix until smooth.
