Winter Berry Spiced Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana*
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 250ml milk (of your choice)
- 120g frozen berries (blackberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
Note - You can add a splash more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
