Warm Shredded Wheat

Ingredients

  • 125ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 Shredded (40g bitesize Shredded Wheat)
  • Your choice of topping (e.g., a handful of berries, 1 banana, 30g dried fruit etc.)

Examples of Shredded Wheat

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in the microwave or a saucepan until it is warm.

  2. Place the Shredded Wheat in a serving bowl and pour over the milk.

  3. Add your toppings and enjoy.
