Sticky Apple + Date Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 apple, diced
- 2-3 dates, chopped
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 30g oats
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the apples and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the dates, honey, cinnamon, oats and walnuts and stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the oats are golden brown.
Layer the Greek yoghurt into the bottom of the bowl and top with the apple and oat mixture.
Note - You can leave the apple skin on or peel before cooking.
