Two Minute Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 125g of full fat greek yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp no added sugar muesli
  • Sprinkle of flaxseed (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana with a fork.

  2. Add the yoghurt to a bowl, along with the mashed banana, almond butter and mix around.

  3. Top with muesli and small sprinkle of flaxseed.

 

Breakfast
