Two Minute Banana Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 125g of full fat greek yoghurt
- 1 heaped tsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp no added sugar muesli
- Sprinkle of flaxseed (optional)
Instructions:
Mash the banana with a fork.
Add the yoghurt to a bowl, along with the mashed banana, almond butter and mix around.
Top with muesli and small sprinkle of flaxseed.
