Tuna Rice Salad (MC)

Ingredients

  • 35g brown rice
  • 3 tablespoons peas
  • 1 tin tuna in water, drained
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ pepper, any colour
  • ½ teaspoon mixed herbs
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 10g spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, full-fat

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.

  2. Boil or steam the peas.

  3. In a bowl add the tuna and all the other ingredients (vegetables sliced).

  4. When the rice is cooked, allow to cool then add to salad. Add peas and then mix all around.
