Tuna Rice Salad (MC)
Ingredients
- 35g brown rice
- 3 tablespoons peas
- 1 tin tuna in water, drained
- 1 tomato
- ½ pepper, any colour
- ½ teaspoon mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 10g spring onions
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, full-fat
Instructions:
Cook rice according to instructions.
Boil or steam the peas.
In a bowl add the tuna and all the other ingredients (vegetables sliced).
When the rice is cooked, allow to cool then add to salad. Add peas and then mix all around.
