Strawberry & Cottage Cheese Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  • 60g strawberries, sliced (fresh or frozen, defrosted)
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whip the cottage cheese with a fork or spoon until smooth and creamy.

  2. Toast the slice of wholemeal bread to your liking.

  3. Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the toast.

  4. Top with the strawberries and drizzle with honey (or maple syrup).

  5. Sprinkle over the mixed seeds and serve immediately.
