Spiced Pear and Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients
- 150g fresh or tinned pear (in fruit juice, rinsed and drained), chopped into chunks
- ½ banana, frozen
- 200ml milk (of your choice)
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (to taste)
- ½ tsp ground ginger (to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blitz until smooth.
Top Tip
Advance Prep - peel, chop and freeze the banana the night before.
