Smashed Avocado on Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of brown wholemeal bread
  • ½ avocado
  • A squeeze of lime juice
  • Sprinkle of black pepper to taste
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Sprinkle of chilli powder

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread to your liking.

  2. Mash the avocado with a fork in a small bowl.

  3. Add the lime juice and season with black pepper to taste.

  4. To serve, spread the mashed avocado on the toast, top with the cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of chilli powder.
