Sausages + Veg

Ingredients

  • 2 sausages (pork, beef, chicken/turkey or veggie)
  • 150 - 200g Mediterranean Style Roasting Vegetables *
  • 1 tsp reduced-sugar ketchup or brown sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausages according to the packet instructions. This may be oven-baked, grilled, or pan-fried - choose your preferred method. Ensure they are cooked through and piping hot.

  2. Prepare the vegetables according to the packet instructions.

  3. Once everything is cooked, plate up the sausages and vegetables.

  4. Serve with a teaspoon of reduced-sugar ketchup or brown sauce on the side.
