Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie
Ingredients
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 125g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 small frozen banana
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a blender.
Blitz until smooth and serve.
Advanced Prep: To freeze the banana, peel and chop it before placing it in a suitable container in the freezer and leaving it overnight.
