Cherry Bakewell Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen cherries
  • Splash of water
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Blitz the cherries, water and honey in a blender or food processor until smooth.

  2. Put the Greek yoghurt into a jar or container and add the cherries mixture on top and mix around until incorporated into the yoghurt.

  3. Add the chia seeds and mix around until all is combined.

  4. Close the jar/container and place it in the fridge overnight.

  5. In the morning, serve topped with the flaked almonds

Note - Add a little milk before serving to loosen the consistency if you prefer.
