Quick Banoffee Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  • 1-2 tsp smooth peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate chips (or 1 square dark chocolate, grated)

Instructions

  1. Toast the slice of wholemeal bread to your liking.

  2. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the warm toast.

  3. Arrange the banana slices on top of the peanut butter.

  4. Spoon the Greek yoghurt over the banana.

  5. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and dark chocolate chips (or grated chocolate).

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
