Purple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana*
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender.
Blitz until smooth and serve.
Top Tip
Advanced Prep: To freeze the banana, peel and chop before placing in a suitable container in the freezer and leave overnight.
