Blackberry and Choc Chia Pudding
Ingredients
125g (½ cup)(4½ oz) Full fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp honey
10 blackberries
Instructions:
Add the Greek yoghurt into a jar or bowl. Mix in the chia seeds, cacao powder and honey.
Then stir until it’s completely mixed around. Let it set in the fridge overnight, next day add the blackberries before serving.
