Picky Nibbles Platter

Ingredients

  • 40g pate (homemade or shop-bought)
  • 2-3 slices of cured meat (ham, prosciutto, salami etc.)
  • 60g cheese (of your choice, Cheddar, Brie, Stilton etc.)
  • 6-8 cherry peppers (or red pepper drops)
  • 2 tbsp chutney, piccalilli or pickled red onions
  • 1 tbsp hummus or tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp nuts (of your choice: cashews, pecans, walnuts, almonds)

Crudites of your choice -

  • 1 carrot, cut into sticks
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into sticks
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper, cut into slices
  • 12 sugar snap peas
  • 1 apple, cut into slices
  • Assortment of wholegrain crackers

Instructions

  1. Arrange all the ingredients onto a serving platter and enjoy.
