Fish Goujons + Veggies

Ingredients

  • 3 shop bought fish goujons*
  • Portion of veggies (your choice: frozen veg medley, frozen peas/sweetcorn, etc.)
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise or ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cook the fish goujons according to the packet instructions.

  2. While the goujons are cooking, prepare the vegetables according to the packet instructions, or plate up a portion of mixed salad.

  3. Serve the warm fish goujons alongside the vegetables, your choice of condiment and enjoy!

* Note - When picking a shop-bought goujons, look for options that are:

  • Made with 100% fish fillet

  • Have more green and amber traffic light labels, with fewer red

  • Shorter ingredient lists - fewer preservatives and additives are better

  • Suitable for oven or air fryer cooking rather than fried versions
