Peach and Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 100g fresh or tinned peach (in fruit juice, rinsed and drained)
- 50g frozen or fresh raspberries
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 15g porridge oats
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blitz until smooth and serve.
