Peach and Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100g fresh or tinned peach (in fruit juice, rinsed and drained)
  • 50g frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk (or preferred choice)
  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 15g porridge oats

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blitz until smooth and serve.
