Oats and Seeds
Ingredients
- 50g old fashioned rolled oats
- 85g Greek yoghurt
- 120ml milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp of sunflower or pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients other than the seeds, in a bowl or a jar.
Leave to sit in the fridge overnight, then add the seeds in the morning before you eat.
