Chocolate and Peanut Butter Blended Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 75ml milk (of your choice)
- 75g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Handful of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Instructions:
Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, peanut butter, cacao and honey to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a jar or container. Add chia seeds then mix through.
Pop into the fridge overnight.
Serve topped with berries in the morning.
