Chocolate and Peanut Butter Blended Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 75ml milk (of your choice)
  • 75g full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Handful of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Instructions:

  1. Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, peanut butter, cacao and honey to a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a jar or container. Add chia seeds then mix through.  

  3. Pop into the fridge overnight.  

  4. Serve topped with berries in the morning.
