Mediterranean Picky Plate (LC)

Ingredients

  • 100 cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cucumber, cut into slices
  • 3-4 cherry peppers (or red pepper drops)
  • 5 olives
  • 1 tbsp tzatziki (or 1 tsp mayonnaise)

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken, egg, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, cherry peppers, and olives around the plate.

  2. Spoon the tzatziki (or mayonnaise) onto the plate as a dip or drizzle over the ingredients.

  3. Serve immediately.
