Mango & Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana*
  • 100g frozen mango
  • 50g frozen pineapple
  • 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender (except the nuts, seeds and coconut). Reserve a few pieces of mango and pineapple (2–3 of each) for topping.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the reserved fruit, nuts, seeds and coconut.

* Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
