Mango & Pineapple Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana*
- 100g frozen mango
- 50g frozen pineapple
- 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp mixed nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp mixed seeds
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender (except the nuts, seeds and coconut). Reserve a few pieces of mango and pineapple (2–3 of each) for topping.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the reserved fruit, nuts, seeds and coconut.
* Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
