Mango and Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 125g frozen mango
- 1 sm frozen banana
- 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt
- 125ml milk
- 1 tsp of flaxseed
- 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut (can also use frozen coconut if you can find it in the shop)
Instructions:
Prep Work – Peel banana slice into chunks and place into freezer the night before (I prefer to slice up a few bananas and always have them in my freezer)
Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth (can also leave a little coconut and flaxseed for the top of your smoothie bowl)
