Air Fryer Broccoli Fries
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized broccoli head
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Sprinkle of black pepper
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- A squeeze of lemon juice to taste
- 1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
Instructions:
- Remove the stalk from the broccoli (save the florets for another time). Trim or peel the tough outer layer. 
- Slice the stalk into ½ cm width fries and place in a medium bowl. 
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder and black pepper and toss to coat the fries. 
- Arrange the fries in an airfyer (in a single layer) and cook at 200 °C for 8 minutes or until golden brown. 
- Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by combining the Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and parsley in a small bowl. 
- Serve together and enjoy!
