Air Fryer Broccoli Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized broccoli head
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • A squeeze of lemon juice to taste
  • 1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)

Instructions:

  1. Remove the stalk from the broccoli (save the florets for another time). Trim or peel the tough outer layer.

  2. Slice the stalk into ½ cm width fries and place in a medium bowl.

  3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder and black pepper and toss to coat the fries.

  4. Arrange the fries in an airfyer (in a single layer) and cook at 200 °C for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by combining the Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and parsley in a small bowl.

  6. Serve together and enjoy!
