Latte Smoothie
Ingredients
- 160ml milk of your choice (no added sugar if using plant based milk)
- 3 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 medjool date or 1 tsp honey
- 1 heaped tsp coffee
Instructions:
Prep work, peel banana, slice into chunks and place into freezer the night before (I prefer to slice up a few bananas and always have them in my freezer)
Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth (remove stone from date before putting into blender)
