Homemade Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 4 wholemeal or corn tortilla wraps
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 180°C fan. 
- Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil and sprinkle with paprika. 
- Cut each wrap into triangles with scissors. 
- Arrange in a single layer on 1 or 2 baking sheets and bake for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway. 
- Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving. The chips will crisp up more as they cool. 
Top Tip
The recipe makes 4 portions. The chips can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
