Hawaiian Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of tomato puree (tomato paste)
  • 1 large wholemeal wrap
  • ½ tsp italian herbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic (optional)
  • 2-3 slices of ham
  • 8 chunks of pineapple
  • ½ red onion
  • 30g cheese, grated
  • Large mixed salad (of your choice: mixed leaves, tomatoes, peppers, red onions, cucumber etc.)
  • 1 tbsp coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.

  2. Add tomato puree (tomato paste) to wholemeal wrap and spread all over then top with italian herbs and garlic.

  3. Top with ham, pineapple, red onion and cheese.

  4. Pop into the oven and bake for 10-15 mins but keep checking as it could be ready sooner. Crispy base will make it easier to eat.

  5. Serve with salad of your choice and coleslaw on the side.
