Ham and Coleslaw Deli Salad

Ingredients

  • Large mixed salad (of your choice: mixed leaves, tomatoes, peppers, red onions, cucumber, etc.)

  • 2-3 slices of deli ham

  • 1 or 2 pickled beetroot / 1 tbsp sauerkraut

  • 1-2 tbsp pickled onions

  • 2-3 tbsp sweetcorn

  • 30g of grated cheese

  • 1 tbsp coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Lay out your mixed salad on a plate or in a bowl.

  2. Roll or slice the deli ham and place it on top of the salad.

  3. Add the beetroot, pickled onions, sweetcorn, cheese and a spoonful of coleslaw on the side.

  4. Season, serve immediately and enjoy!
