Gingerbread Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 250ml milk
- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 tsp peanut or almond butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of ground ginger
Instructions:
Prep Work – Peel banana slices into chunks and place into the freezer the night before.
Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
