Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 tsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of ground ginger

Instructions:

  1. Prep Work – Peel banana slices into chunks and place into the freezer the night before. 

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth

 

Breakfast
