Festive Berry Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 80g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp no added sugar muesli (or granola)*
Instructions
Add the berries, cinnamon, water and maple syrup to a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer over a medium heat and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries are soft and starting to break down. Once cooked, set aside and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Place the Greek yoghurt in a serving bowl.
Top with the berry compote and a sprinkle of muesli.
