Falafel + Veggies (HC)

Ingredients

  • 4-5 falafels (shop-bought or homemade)
  • Portion of vegetables (your choice: frozen veg medley, frozen peas/carrots, etc.)
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise or 1 tbsp tzatziki

Instructions

  1. Heat the falafels in the oven or microwave according to the packet instructions (or until cooked through if homemade).

  2. Cook the vegetables according to the packet instructions or steam until tender.

  3. Serve the warm falafels with the vegetables and your chosen condiment. Enjoy!
