Christmas Sandwich (HC)

Christmas Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • 1 tbsp coleslaw
  • 1 tbsp stuffing (homemade or shop-bought)
  • 100-150g cooked Christmas meat (turkey and ham or vegetarian alternative)
  • Large mixed salad (of your choice: mixed leaves, tomatoes, peppers, red onions, cucumber etc.)

Instructions

  1. Spread the mayonnaise and cranberry sauce evenly over both slices of bread.

  2. Layer the coleslaw, stuffing and cooked meats on one slice of bread.

  3. Place the second slice on top, mayo and cranberry side down, and press gently.

  4. Slice in half if desired.

  5. Serve with your salad on the side, or add some salad leaves inside the sandwich if preferred.
