Chocolate Coconut Bliss Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 150ml coconut milk (carton)
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 heaped tsp raw cacao
- 1 heaped tbsp desiccated coconut
- ¼ large avocado (or ½ small)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender, leave a little desiccated coconut for the top.
Mix until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with remaining desiccated coconut.
Note - Peel, chop and freeze the banana the night before.
