Chocolate and PB Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaped tsp of smooth peanut butter
- 250ml milk (of your choice)
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp no-added-sugar cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
- 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions
- Prep Work – Peel banana slices into chunks and place them into the freezer the night before. 
- Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.
