Berry Crumble with Greek Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, can substitute with vanilla essence)
- 10g butter
- 50g frozen mixed berries
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180c. 
- Mix together oats and protein powder with butter and a little water if needed. 
- Bring it together to a soft crumble texture. 
- Place berries and maple syrup in the bottom of an oven proof dish and mix well. 
- Top with crumble mix. 
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden. 
- Serve topped with full fat Greek yoghurt for a protein boost.
